• Full deconstruction of a 3-stor residence building involving 46 modules

• SOW included all crawl space access panels and skirting; interior corridors and stairwells; exterior siding, ramps, stairs, kitchen chimney walls, shear plates, etc; removal of truss roof and foundation connections, develop craning sequence and crane modules onto laydown area for transportation.
